As recently highlighted by Ofcom many VoIP providers are not offering emergency service support (999 services). This is often not made obvious and left for the small print. Clearly this is a core service requirement and we are pleased to offer this as standard with all our IP PBX systems terminated via VoIP.

The challenge: Because with VoIP you can move to any location and continue using the same telephone number, many providers are unable to provide accurate information on the originating call address. Each of our IP PBX business customers has emergency service address details associated with their account. This address information is tagged to the originating caller id and passed to an emergency operator.
